Below you will find instructions to help you navigate the training and exam:

• Regarding Web Browser compatibility, please use a Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Edge with this site. Internet Explorer 11 will not work with portions of the training.
• Please click the login button found in the menu at the top right of the page , or use the login button directly below to login with your email address. An email with your login link will then come from <PCWA Notify> webmaster@pcwa.net. If you don't see this email in your inbox when logging in please check your junk/spam folder.
• Located at the top right of the screen you will find a toolbar to help you navigate each course. You will also find downloadable PDF documents for you to refer to during the training and exam.
• Ensure the volume is turned up on your computer and your speakers are powered on prior to starting training. Most slides will either have a video or audio clip that will start automatically as you advance through the training presentation(s).
• To move to the next or previous slides use the right or left arrow buttons or, the right, down, left, and up arrows on the keyboard. If you are using a mobile device you can swipe to change slides.
• When you’ve completed each training there will be an exam. Once you submit the exam your results will be emailed to you as well as the PCWA Office Assistant and Hydro Operations Supervisor.
